unhappiness+anger+disappointment=i sense God ven more

i was angry with a few things and a few ppl today...

n eventually lead to disappointments...

guess no one can live in harmony with everyone at any time bah...there will always be dispute and unhappy times...

i was feeling so bad today...n esp. e afternoon....haiz....wanted to control my emotions but failed badly today....i noe its v unpleasant to show e others ur anger.....

my EQs is still quite low bah.....

i saw this few pictures sent by my friend when i was checking my e mail just now...

n its makes me feel better...

ya,i still have God=)
